Dear executive committee, We at the Lamont-Doherty Cooperative Seismographic Network (LCSN) operated cooperatively by about 40 organizations in the eastern United States led by Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory request to put us at the level; “participating” (no financial contribution, 1 vote on financial matters). UNCLASSIFIED - NON CLASSIFIÉ Dear FDSN Steering Committee, As you may know, at the 2019 meeting of the FDSN steering committee in Montreal, the terms of reference of the FDSN were updated to define three membership categories, two of which support the FDSN financially.
