Hello members of FDSN WG-III on products and services.
I am attaching a proposed specification for FDSN Web Services. While many of you have already seen this
we would like consensus from the entire working group.
Since this topic may take a bit longer to review, I request that you respond to this list by September 14, 2012.
If you have not responded by then, I will assume that they meet with your approval and they will be adopted as the
FDSN standard for service invocation.
