Dear Working Group III members,

At the FDSN meetings I received a suggestion/request for making GitHub repositories for each web service in order to track issues, etc. This seems a rather good idea, and provides a way to openly track issues and suggestions along with their related discussions.

The following repositories are now available for this purpose:
