Dear all,
The updatedater option is very usefull to check for events parameter
updates, but looking carefully at it, I was wondering what's the
'updatedafter' option refers to ?
Should it select event that had the smallest change in any of the child
objects (including comments) and that return a different QuakeML ?
Or only the events with a significant change ?
For example, location (lat, lon or depth) change or magnitude change ?
How to decide what's significant or not ?
From the user point of vue, he should know what to expect from an
updated event (is it significant or only a comma correction in a comment).
From the datacenter point of vue, I guess that would make quite a
difference in the number of objects to look after for updates.
In any case, this might be clarified, I guess.
Regards.
Have a nice week-end.
Jean-Marie.
