Dear FDSN Representatives and Interested Parties
A variety of items were discussed at the recent FDSN meeting in
Perugia. Some of these may have implications for your network's use
of the SEED format. The SEED manual has been updated to reflect
these changes. You can access the current version of the SEED manual
at

The latest version has an October, 2007 data on the cover page.
I am also attaching a short PDF file that documents the major changes
to the manual assuming you don't want to reread the entire manual!
Please take time to review these documents to see if it affects
anything in your network.
