Seismic monitoring at the Patua geothermal field as part of the Amplify EGS collaboration between geothermal operators and Sandia and Berkeley national labs. The project aims to demonstrate that rehabilitation of idle or counterproductive geothermal wells in existing, produced reservoirs can result in multiple MW or increased power plant capacity. |
