The R/V Langseth will be in Taiwan during April-May 2009 in order to carry out an onshore-offshore experiment for the NSF-supported TAIGER project. Taiwan scientists have obtained their own funds to get additional airgun ship-days before and after the TAIGER experiment. We wish to expand the time period that we have the TAIGER-I onshore-offshore RT-130s to include the before (TAIGER-II) and after (TAIGER-III) time periods. This instrument request is for the after time period (TAIGER-3).
